We had a great experience with this company.

Tropics Pool plaster handled the resurfacing of my in ground pool with Quartz and also repaired and painted my cool deck around the pool. Baldo and his teams were wonderful to work with. I was kept informed of each step. There were a couple of times schedule changed but only briefly. Project was fast. Started pool on Monday and finished by Wednesday AM and completed decking by Sunday. He also has a start up team that handles to pool for the first 5 days and balances the water chemicals. Totally professional. Highly recommend.

I had my pool and spa replastered and the tiles replaced. I am currently waiting for some minor rework to be completed. I will update this review once that has been completed.

Quality- Not the best. I have tile grout missing. chipped tiles and a pool light that fell out of the socket. The light rimm was installed damaged and I raised this to the contractor and this remains unchanged weeks later. Customer service- initially everything went smooth and it was friendly until things started to go wrong. Value for money-it cost me more than my next best option. The experience started out really well until there was a problem. The payment process was really unprofessional and confusing, I asked for a receipt many times and the numbers were wrong. I felt like I was being treated like a flagrant because the desperation to collect the money was concerning. The start-up person did not do what I was told but I still had to pay. There is tile everywhere in my backyard, electrical pieces everywhere and my wife said the electrician is really nasty person. I still have a light hanging out of my pool which was not the case of the original light and everytime I complain to the contractor he finds fault in the light or something I did.

I would highly recommend this company. We had them replaster our pool and redo our existing deck and texture and paint an addition to the deck. Their price was far better then 2 other bids we received and they included many perks for no additional cost that the other companies were charging either hundred or thousands more for work that did not take long to complete. Each of the different crews used to drain, repeater,, start up and decking were professional , courteous and knowledgeable. Someone In each crew spoke English and was able to communicate effectively with us. We were informed of what was to happen each step of the way. From the time we approved the bid to completion was 2 weeks even with rain days. Other companies were not even going to start for a couple weeks and stated would have at least 19 days between steps. I can not say enough good things about Baldo the gentlemen who worked with us and the company. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again if needed..

This was a great company to deal with, professional, timely, and quick. Highly recommend contacting them if you need any work done on your pool.

They did a great job. Very pleased with the outcome. My 40+ year old pool looks brand new. Ozzy was very helpful stayed in touch throughout the process and followed up each time I had a question. I would definitely recommend them.

Get everything in writing, every detail and price for the work starts. Once you commit they may change things a bit. My pool looks great but it could of been less money.

Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. These guys showed up on time every time and did a good job cleaning up. My new quartz plaster and accent tiles look really good. We got bids from 5-6 companies and it was a really tough selection but I am glad I went with Tropics.

After soliciting numerous bids from various companies I hired Tropics Pool Plaster to replaster my 10 year old gunite pool in League City. Excellent work from the prep, plaster, and start up specialists. Ozzie is an experienced pro and a straight shooter when discussing the various costs and options.

The owner is amazing consultant and came out and got me an estimate. The price was great and so I was able to do more updating then I had planned on. I was able to put glow in the dark tile and resurface it. I was able to have some remodeling done as well. My pool looks amazing.
