My regular pool service company said I needed a new pump. Wanted a second opinion which was Blue. Water. Their technician correctly diagnosed the problem - saved me from needlessly replacing the pump.

I called him and he came on time. He checked the pool, looked at my equipment, then asked me what day I would want it be cleaned. He was willing to work with me and was courteous. He did a great job on the pool.

They are very nice. They are always on time and always know what they are doing. I actually went down and paid them because the motor and everything went out on my pool sweep and they came right out the same day as soon as I said that I was going to replace it. They went and got the parts and fixed it right then and that was nice. Earlier my heater had gone out, and that was like 3 years ago and I told him that I wasn't going to replace it at this time, but they came out and took the old one away.
