Josh built a screened porch for us back in October of 2020. I'm sorry that I didn't write this review earlier, but I'm hoping it's never too late to pay a compliment. These guys did everything they told me they would do. They didn't BS me ever. At first i was nervous about the cost, but the quality of work showed it was all worth it. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

It wont give me enough room to post my whole review. You can find it on Facebook or Google reviews. Suffice it to say deck work gets 0 stars. Their sprinkler and sod work gets the whole 5.

RUN! Do not hire this company. Shoddy workmanship, expensive and does not return calls! I've just paid someone to repair a sprinkler system he put in 18 months ago. Cheap parts and they didn't even wire all the stations to the automatic timer. I've already paid someone to repair the poor work he did on an addition to the patio. Supposedly has a warranty but does not return calls.

JCustomLands built us a deck with handicap ramps. Their work is excellent from start to finish. Caleb provided much needed advice on constructing the deck and his advice was right-on. They listened to our needs and the final product is beautiful and functional. The staff are very conscientious about their work. They left our yard cleaner than it was when they started. I highly recommend JCustomLands and I will definitely use them again.

They did a great job, Arrived on time agreed for bid. Arrived on time and completed project on the day we agreed on. They cleaned up after. Even replaced bent brackets on my fence post that I did not know were bent. I highly recommend them.

Josh was prompt to visit the work site and provided a fair and accurate estimate for the work I needed done. Josh is a very talented and skillful Bobcat operator and demonstrated his abilities to grade and slope a large section of my backyard property. He accurately moved and contoured approximately 90 cubic yards of soil in less than 4 hours. I am very pleased with his professional approach to the project and he his dedication to customer satisfaction with his work ethic was very obvious. I would recommend that you give him a call if you need landscaping related work done correctly. I would add that the company provides a variety of landscaping and outdoor living services.

Took Them awhile to get started on the Job, due to a back log of jobs, but once started, the work was well done and very clean upon completion !!
