"Recommended by a friend in the home construction field, so I did not seek other estimates. I knew very much what I wanted done. He understood what we wanted, commenting "I see you know just what you want" and gave us his estimate quickly. Each "crew" he had out, pouring the foundation, framing, bricklaying, and finishing, did their job in a professional manner. I know enough to know they were all experts in their fields. A couple of misunderstandings about what we wanted with the workers were corrected by Roy right away. After the room was completed with a bare concrete floor, Roy recommended someone to put down ceramic tile for us (I had considered doing it myself, but my wife and son talked me out of it.) and they also did an excellent job. Roy is a very pleasant person as were all the people on his crews. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the job."

Worse for Innova Homes it was on a deadline to get the property to the market before the end of the year. Tony Marquez stayed on time and within the budget. The crews were professional and skilled. Tony was always available and on-site most days. The quality of work was superb. I got it on the market at noon on a Friday. Monday morning I had 5 contracts, all over the asking price.
