We are experienced wildlife control experts using the most state-of-the-art trapping methods and tools available on the market. The destructive nature and potential for spreading disease make the feral hog a considerable liability to us, agriculture and livestock. With locations nationwide, Hawx Pest Control is proud to provide top-of-the-line pest control to our customers. Offering both home pest control and commercial pest control services, we placed our core values right in our name so that we’ll never forget what drives us. Hawx stands for: Honesty Attitude Work Ethic Excitement

"Do not sign a contract with this company. If you sell or rent your house and have to cancel, they will charge a $200 fee for cancellation of each contracted service. I was facing a $400 fee, then was allowed to cancel one contract "if I finished the 4 services left this season" of my second contract. I finished the season in November, and now they are showing up at my house in March to treat...because the end of the "annual contract" is May. They are still trying to charge me a $400 cancellation fee, because "if I cancel the second service, I will be charged both service cancellation fees" even though I completed the "deal" they claimed to give me in August, saying I had 4 more monthly services that ended in November."

Animal Removal questions, answered by experts

In many places, killing bees or destroying a hive is discouraged or regulated due to their crucial role as pollinators. Specific laws vary by region, and certain bee species are protected due to declining populations. Some states require permits or restrict who can remove or exterminate bee colonies. Always check local laws before attempting to manage or remove a beehive.

In certain cases, yes, the bees may go away on their own, but it’s a risk. Some bee types, such as bumblebees, create seasonal nests and then die out as their new queens seek homes elsewhere. But in most cases, you can’t count on the bees leaving naturally. It’s also not a great idea to leave openings in your walls any longer than you have to, which can attract other pests or cause moisture damage.

Ensure proper ventilation, address leaks, and conduct regular inspections.

Bees usually have thicker, fuzzy bodies, while wasps have slender, smooth bodies. Behavior and nesting also differ.

Probably not. Many imitation nests are meant to be hung from trees or other tall places, but not all yellow jackets nest up high—most species, such as the common yellow jacket and the southern yellow jacket, build nests in the ground.
