I was facing a $400 fee, then was allowed to cancel one contract "if I finished the 4 services left this season" of my second contract. I finished the season in November, and now they are showing up at my house in March to treat...because the end of the "annual contract" is May. They are still trying to charge me a $400 cancellation fee, because "if I cancel the second service, I will be charged both service cancellation fees" even though I completed the "deal" they claimed to give me in August, saying I had 4 more monthly services that ended in November."
