They protected the floors all the way from the front door into the bathroom. I appreciated that very much. Removal of the shower doors and installation of the grab bars was done properly. They were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. There were stains along the front edge and sides of the tub surround underneath the removed frame. Not surprised at that. One of the men called a cultured marble company and found the best way to deal with it was to buff it out. Nice of him to call for me. The next morning I discovered the caulking they used to fill the holes left from the door frame removal had shrunk. I called Lori and she said they would fix it. Howard Bond was scheduled to come out for a remodel estimate on another bathroom within a couple of weeks. She said he would do it then so I went ahead and paid the bill. The bill states it is due on completion. And states and quot; All work is complete!and quot; When he got here he said he wasn't going to fix the holes, I should have the buffers do that. He was right here. It would have probably taken maybe ten minutes to do it. So I guess they're not going to finish what they started. Sad. I hired them based on reviews here on Angie's List.

By previous agreement, they used our tractor's front-loader capability to move all cuttings to an agreed-upon burn site. One cut and lowered, the other loaded and removed.. Poetry in motion.. Because of the sheer size of the tree, it required two days to complete the job. After the second day, the removal site was the cleanest part of our yard. Oh, and they took down a big Catalpa tree also... This was not surprising, because we've had these folks out here before, and have come to rely on their initial assesment, and how the job will be done.. Tod removed from our kitchen an outdated ceiling light box and replaced it with recessed, dimmable LED lights. He took care protecting the kitchen cabinets and floor and was especially careful removing the light box from the ceiling. He matched the texture pattern in the light box area so it...

The work is good quality and they explained things well. The workers are attentive and easy to understand. Could take more care of disassembling the inside panels of the car when they need to removed them, because they’ve broken some little drawers and captions and stuff.
This company is reliable and excellent in all they do. Not only do they care for the lawn, but are careful to pick up any items left in the grass by the grandchildren, they careful to stop using the blower when people come and go while they are working, they are neat and tidy and are even...

"Do not sign a contract with this company. If you sell or rent your house and have to cancel, they will charge a $200 fee for cancellation of each contracted service. I was facing a $400 fee, then was allowed to cancel one contract "if I finished the 4 services left this season" of my second contract. I finished the season in November, and now they are showing up at my house in March to treat...because the end of the "annual contract" is May. They are still trying to charge me a $400 cancellation fee, because "if I cancel the second service, I will be charged both service cancellation fees" even though I completed the "deal" they claimed to give me in August, saying I had 4 more monthly services that ended in November."

FAQs for animal removal projects in Bryan, TX
DIY animal removal is rarely a good idea and is not advised for many reasons. First, these types of animals can carry diseases and, therefore, pose a health risk to you, your family, and your pets if mishandled. Second, depending on your city or municipality, it may be illegal to remove or handle wildlife yourself.
Sealing your home against these animals yourself is also a bad idea. Trapping an animal under your house will cause odor and insect problems when it passes away.
Pest control is not the same as animal removal. Pest control specialists treat for insects and bugs, often by using chemicals. Animal removal specialists try to avoid chemicals if possible and instead work to trap and move the animal that's causing problems.
Since each expert has their own removal methods, it's best to contact a pest control professional for insects and bugs and an animal control specialist for other animals.
Animal removal specialists specialize in removing critters and wildlife from in and around your home. These include:
Bats
Birds
Groundhogs
Moles and voles
Opossums
Mice and rats
Raccoons
Skunks
Squirrels
The specialist's method to remove these critters will depend on the animal. For example, groundhogs will be live-trapped and relocated, whereas, for birds, the expert will remove and discard the inactive nest and sanitize the area.
You might be tempted to call your local municipality to remove animals from your property, such as a groundhog burrowing in your yard or raccoons getting into your trash cans. However, they typically only remove domestic animals like dogs and cats from properties, or sick and injured wildlife that pose a public safety risk or health threat, such as a rabid animal. They typically do not capture or remove healthy wildlife.
Animal removal professionals have the tools, knowledge, and skills to trap and remove wild animals adequately and humanely. They also can relocate them correctly.
Professional animal removal costs between $200 and $600 for average homeowners. However, depending on the type and number of critters removed, this cost could range from $85 to $1,400.
This cost does not include the cost of home damage caused by the animal, which could be as low as $300 for minor drywall repair or as much as $15,000 for crawl space cleaning and restoration.
