That’s because Jerry and both Dale won’t wan up and hung up on me."

They have pictures of other places and try to to tell you it yours. They do a very poor job. Cant even clean a dryer vent properly. Never again. i will find a better place. try stanley steemer."

"I used Service Express several times throughout the years, and I cannot express how much I appreciate them. Mike and Adam, both Lead Techs, and their crew were awesome. I had several things completed: duct redesign/replacement (all of it), vent cleaning (all 16), and dryer line cleaning. Mike provided a detailed estimate before I agreed to the job. Once the job was completed days later, Mike walked me through everything that was completed. I was pleased in what I saw! The entire crew were respectful, courteous and professional. I spoke with the owner, Mr Lee Roff, and he was unwilling to provide an itemized invoice outlining charges for the part & service. "They were professional, courteous, and took pictures to show me what was needed for the chimney and why. I'm not too surprised, since this is a 40-year-old house and it has never had chimney maintenance. They offered to set up a date to do the work, but there was no pressure. Since the cost is pretty high for the repairs, though, I plan to get other bids before I move forward. In the meantime, Patterson put a square stepping stone over the top of the chimney opening so I would not have rain or critters falling in. That was nice. We just can't use the fireplace until we get this fixed."

If you hire this company, please make sure you can go to top of the roof and inspect their work once it is done. Initially, they send couple great employees to inspect the chimney and give an estimate which makes one think that he or she is hiring a great company. However, the work they do can be better by ten years old. This company provides bad quality of work and poor workmanship and they make a lot of excuses and false statements. Again, please make sure you can inspect their work if you hire this company. I would not give them a single penny until they finish the work and it is inspected by the home owner. I found many mistakes and damages to my existing shingles. Be very careful."
