While many were at the mercy of their contractor, SSM provided fair pricing, quality materials and an excellent performance. With such an overwhelming project, our Solid Stone representative walked us through each step of the tear out and rebuild process, answering thousands of questions and even taking us shopping for materials and supplies. SSM served as our general contractor, having all trades readily available, making biweekly, sometimes daily onsite visits. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. In addition, they were very helpful and proactive with documentation for the release of flood insurance funds from the mortgage company. Solid Stone Manufacturing will be our first choice for future needs."

"They were very professional . They showed up at the time set and quickly determined what was the best way to fix my living room ceiling. They took every precaution to protect my items by covering them and making sure that the carpet was covered also.
