"They came right on time and went right to work. They were polite and professional. Their cleaning was good to very good. They missed a few places here and there that rather surprised me as they were pretty obvious places to clean, eg. the TV and shelves around it, top of bookcase that is right at eye level, side of end table that had some big cobwebs on it. Other places they did a great job, eg., cleaning a vase of silk flowers so that they looked brand new and the bathroom counters fairly gleamed. Overall I was pleased and would use them again.

"This is the second time I have used this service.  These guys are amazing.  My carpets looked wonderful after they left and they got out stains that other cleaners haven't.  I have 2 dogs, 3 cats and a very messy teenager who all contribute to the carpets being so dirty.  My carpets looked fresh and clean after they left.   I had been asking my husband for new wood floors because our carpet looked so bad but these guys made them look so good that I will probably never get my wood floors!  They were prompt on time and very detail oriented.

"The job went fantastic! Shawn called about 45 minutes before he arrived, to ask if it was still convenient for him to come to the house, and he showed up in 45 minutes. He was very polite at the door, then when he came in he asked me about the work I wanted him to perform. This was great, do to the fact that when calling to arrange the service, it was difficult over the phone to explain what I needed done, to the lady in the office. She was very cordial, and we did agree on list of what I wanted done, but she did tell me that when the tech gets here and puts "his eyes" on the job, that he could adjust the pricing. I showed Shawn mama's bedroom {she's 90!}, with the carpet stains of different colors of "Ensure" that she has dropped, and one time when she fell and bleed on the carpet {She's ok now}. We had tried to clean the carpet with store bought products, but you know how that goes. Then in the large family room, where we hold large Italian dinner parties, there are two areas where wine was spilt on the carpet, very old stains been there for years, {another store bought products story}. Also, had some area rugs that needed cleaning. Within ten minutes Shawn was able to see all that I wanted, he explained different options and expected outcomes. I mean we had some really heavy duty & old stains. I let him start to do his thing, and mama and I had breakfast in the kitchen. About an hour later Shawn told me he was done, and yes, I paid him to apply a stain-guard hopefully that will help in the future. Again, Fabulous Job!! All the Ensure stains totally gone, most other's are gone, and a few are so reduced that most people will not notice them. The price was what I had figured on with the original office lady, plus the added cost of the stain guard. Will most definitely call for Sears Carper Cleaning, and especially request for Shawn to come back next time."

"Linda was the most thorough and reliable service provider. She and her team did a one time cleaning on my Mother's home in Cleveland, that had been vacant for 5 years. The house is sparkling, top to bottom. I wish that I lived closer, so that I could hire her for weekly cleaning. "After Hurricane Harvey flooding and the subsequent repairs to our home, our tile floors were in deplorable shape. Todd and Tylar were AWESOME to work with. The were very collaborative. They explained to us every step of the process and kept us in the loop though out. I would hire their team in a minute if we required any more work of this type. While the cost was not insignificant, it was reasonable. That was topped off by their services being preformed in an efficient and timely manner. The floors were all beautiful for the Holidays and many visitors. We can't thank them enough!"
