"I am very grateful that Steve Naylor showed interest in taking on my small project - installing laminate on a wooden box that would be used as a stand for a vintage slot machine from The Mirage casino. Actually, I hired another contractor prior to connecting with Steve last Thursday. Earlier in day, another contractor showed up, but it did not take long for us to realize that he had never worked with laminate before. I knew the process, just no experience or tools. Steve listened as I shared my story, and it was clear that he and his team were true professionals. The person who showed up was very professional. The box was not built perfectly, but he took the time to make it better. The work was completed in good time. No mess left behind. The remnants were placed back in the box. Steve is a very good communicator. He even took the time to call me and ensure the project was completed to my satisfaction. I can highly recommend Steve and his team. "

"Ari promised us to complete our project (which included kitchen, guest bath, master bath, laundry room and deck) in 6 weeks. They were done early and we're very pleased with the results. The crew was here almost every day, working on the project. We had a major water issue that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom and Ari was quick to assure us they would replace the flooring in the bedroom. Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front. Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen! Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English. But we were able to communicate well enough to accomplish what was needed. We would use Finecraft again if we do any further remodeling. Pictures attached. "

"This company is a scam. NFW is the parent company of BSN Aesthetics, owned and operated by the same two individuals Cecelia and Brandon. They present as one company sending a “worker” to location while Brandon, the worker acts as if he works for NFW remodeling but can do the work at a lower cost under “his own” company BSN Aesthetics. This allows them to price point you at a lower yet still high cost of the parent company NFW. While we trusted the minority “black owned” business, Brandon hired other individuals other than himself to do the work. The time for was no leveled because they didn’t remove the old grout in some areas, the backsplash was no leveled and flush to the wall with a crappy grout job. Brand also left my “custom” built cabinets undone for 2 weeks missing two deadlines. Brandon then attempted to enter our home at 2am to do work he was suppose to complete two days earlier. As we later found out, the company was sent to us through Angi and trusted that it was a vetted company. We’ve found out they do not have a BBB profile, website, and/or business phone. The number belongs to a Cecelia who acts as the manager for NFW Remodeling. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY FOR KITCHEN REMODELING."
