Before the work start, I asked DryForce rep whether I had to pay any amount out of my pocket due to my insurance deductible and the rep assured me that I did not have to pay anything out of my pocket. Once the work was done, their billing department told me that I still needed to meet my insurance deductible first. If I knew this was the case, I would have looked at other vendor's pricing first. Assuring me that there's $0 out of pocket is deceitful.

They did great with the dry out for the water leak I had. The restoration work is another story. It took a very long time to finish mediocre work. I couldn't live in my house for almost two months because it took some time for the guys to bring flooring samples for me to look at. The deadline to finish kept on being pushed out. When I was finally able to move in, I noticed their quality of work and was very disappointed. The communication between Patrick and I was not very great. He was busy and I was busy trying to transition my move to Texas being a single widow with two young kids. I received a bill to pay for my remainder balance, I told them I will pay it upon completion of work to satisfaction because I was not happy. I wish Patrick had told me, in the beginning, all cons to a specific flooring I chosen. I had this specific flooring, LVF done to my previous house and NEVER had any issues esthetically. It was beautiful. Now I am stuck with a huge gap between the floor and every door frame downstairs. They covered it with layers and layers of THICK caulking material that is not pleasing to the eye. Caulking skills along the baseboard were poorly executed as well. The painting job on my fireplace was not the greatest. There are still spots missed. The painter that came to fixed it, came at the end of the day. I can tell he didn't want to be there. He didn't cover all the spots Patrick and I talked about when he came over to take a look at it. He said it was the best he can do. I'm sorry. I had restorative work done before and they obviously don't have the eye for professional work. The President threatened to take me to collections if I didn't pay for my remaining balance. I would have if your company produced quality work in the beginning. I have excellent credit and have no problem paying for my bills on time. However, if your work is not completed. You're not getting paid. Do we pay for a sweater with only one sleeve? No. Patrick texted me a few days later, after the painter stopped by, asking how things looked. I told him it was not the greatest but a little better than before. At this point I was over them. Zero referrals. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered a discount toward my bill AFTER I payed it completely off. I told him I would appreciate that and if there were any leftover paint from the fireplace that I can use to touch up the fireplace that they have missed. He said he would update me with both after he talks to his boss. Never heard from him since April 17th. Also, I had a 500 dollar utility bill during the time my house was getting worked on because his workers decided to blast the AC all day long without being mindful to turn it off when they left. I wasn't living there at the time. Very disappointed in this company. Also, not to mention, they completely missed a large wet spot in my bottom kitchen cabinets from back in March 2022 water leak and I moved July 2022 to Texas to find wet wood and mold in my bottom cabinets. They did a horrible job repairing that as well. My bottom cabinets are now crooked.

Worst ever. I have flipped houses, dealt w/many contractors this was a total nightmare. This company cannot be trusted on any level. I feel abused. A small 3-7 day job which took over a year. Year of lying, deception and chaos. Say they are going to do one thing, and do another. Was supposed to reframe counter top (i paid extra) did not reframe, but extended counter out, held up with metal L brackets. Looks absolutely ridiculous. Was supposed to get solid surface counter top, was on order for months, then no you cannot get that. Too expensive. Moved appliances into living room for weeks. I lived in constant construction for over a year for this super small job. Was told they were building a new cabinet for months, then no new cabinet of any type. Sent sub contractors to house, un announced at night, later found them snooping in my garage. I feel abused and bullied by this company. Clerical office girls scream at you. I begged for help to get this job completed, wrote CEO. Months would pass. The finished job is embarrassing. Submitted items to insurance company for services that were not performed. Overcharged and investigated by my insurance company. Submitted countless finals bills, totally confusing. I see this is common for them. After they left me hanging for almost a year, they demanded payment with a notice of lien. This is another bully tactic. I have filed with BBB, AG and will continue.

Worst experience with a contractor ever. If you want them to pour paint down your drain leave paint on your porch chicken bones on the floor from their workers. The project manager having to be told to visit the site. Unethical behavior to wrangle additional insurance money and charging 10,500 to paint a 1,500 sq foot house and ceilings when the normal rate is probably around 6,500. This is your company and State Farm thinks so as well very untethical.

I feel they took advantage with pricing when they found out I was going to file an insurance claim. They removed baseboards and drilled holes in my cabinets, and put fans and humidifiers seemingly everywhere. There were contradictory findings depending on which technician showed up (dry/not dry), and I finally had to stop one of them when he said he needed to cut into my door jambs to dry them out, and yet, none of them ever said or did anything about my wood floors and underlayment, where the moisture really was.... In hindsight I would take more time and think twice before hiring a restoration service...

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Matt the Operations manager is cynical and sarcastic. He talks down to you when trying to resolve issue and he flat out lied to me and my family. Donna, I assume in some sort of billing office, is his pit-bull and she is even more unpleasant to deal with than Matt! She was out first experience with the business side of the company and it was horrible. She called constantly harassing my family all the while we were TRYING to accommodate them. Seriously, She has a reputation at state farm home office! We called state Farm and described the issues we were having and before mentioning her name or company, the State Farm Rep asked if it was Donna at DryForce?! I kid you not! They have issues with her multiple times a week! Is THIS the kind of company you want to do business with? So Here's the back story... My Mother passed away a few months ago. A couple weeks after she passed, there was a leak that flooded part of the house. We called DryForce out and the tech came out that day. We called State Farm and they confirmed they would cover and pay DryForce directly...Which they have done. Here's where it gets tricky. Since my mother had passed away and Chase is the mortgage holder, the check had to be made out to both DryForce and Chase Mortgage. Since my mother passed away, she cannot authorize Chase to endorse it and thus, DryForce cannot cash the check. We are in Probate for the estate and cannot endorse the check. Issue at hand is they have placed a lien on my mother's house. I understand DryForce needing to get paid. We have been in direct contact with them from the beginning even getting several different checks cut from State Farm to no avail. I had a conversation with Matt, Operations manager, prior to Christmas and he SEEMED to understand and wanted to work with us without causing undue work and fees to either of us. Our Attorney specifically told us NOT to pay for the work out of personal (non-estate) accounts. So our hands are tied. I am appalled at the attitude and treatment from DryForce management. I can understand if we were trying to stiff them on the bill, but we are NOT! They have the check in hand. They just have to wait a few more weeks to cash it. I will NEVER do business with a company like this and I will certainly not refer them to anyone. If you like to be treated poorly, harassed and not be respected as a customer, then by all means, do business with DryForce.

They did a really good job. It's hard to compare pricing when this happens so rarely. It's not like I went oh let's see, I should stop and go to Angie's List and look around for these people. It's like no, I want you now. They cleaned everything up, pulled the floor out, replaced the floor, and painted everything. That was a lot of work. It took probably a week to get the job done. I know there were four people who did the work. That's a lot of work.

The painting and dry wall repair was excellent however the flooring was less than acceptable. The glue has been coming up between the cracks - this was a dining room and the bathroom upstairs. I had vinyl floor put in instead of the flooring already there. I called Dry Force and he came out and said it was probably from a leak underneath the floor and was not interested in trying to make it good at all. Their after care is terrible. I would never hire them again. Some of it was paid by my insurance and some I paid for myself. I am not sure how much I paid out of pocket, but I believe it was well over $1,000.

They could improve the quality of the painting. They had three different jobs. The painting job wasn't done that good. We hired another company to paint the rest of the house and they did a much better job. I would probably use them again for water damage but not the restoration.

Dry Force did a fantastic job of remediating a bathroom leak. They came out quickly, provided an accurate estimate and immediately installed fans, a dehumidifier and sensors. 3 says later - all the moisture is gone.
