I like Martin because he explained the work to be done and why it needed to be done. He kept it simple for me to understand, he was patient with me asking questions as well. The cost may be high for me because I am on a fixed budget, however his work was great. I will reach out to Martin should future projects arise. I will also refer him to family and friends.

Martin is very knowledgeable and precise. It has taken twenty years,. but we finally found an honest contractor who does great work for a reasonable amount. Cost wise--i think he about in the middle while his work is at the top. For example,he used the top grade of pec:s in his . Repipong.. when the unexpected plbg issue arose, his master plbr handled it with and professionally.

In addition to laying new tile in our bathroom, which they did beautifully, we asked them to re-caulk a few areas around the tub. When I was not happy with the color of the caulk, they cheerfully came out the next day and redid the work to my admittedly obsessive standard. We could not be happier.

I hired Martin, who was a very nice guy, to repair my doors. He came out twice and did some work but never finished the job. He then went dark and stopped responding to my texts and calls. Things happen - that is understandable. But failing to communicate is not acceptable.

he took the job and really didnt have the time the first day he came out he had to leave because his son had a game and then the next time he was supposed to come one of the workers was in an accident so its like one thing behind another I just think he shouldnt have took the job if he couldnt complete it in one day I had to leave work early on my lunch break to go let him in so he can finish the job then he up the price to $200

Seamless Metal Gutters - Repair
Came out, made a good estimate based on comparison to others. Identified problems not noted prior to bid, but also adjusted bid down when they identified problems that did not need repair or needed less work. Prompt, work met all expectations for high quality. Repaired gutters and roof damaged by hail, did a really nice job on some interior paint.

Martin was great at communicating. We hired him to help remove & replace our bathroom sink. He was able to do the job the very next day and kept my husband and I up to date regarding arrival times since we needed to coordinate during work hours. The sink was tough to find the exact replacement, but Martin bought 3 different ones determined to make it work. We would recommend and use his team again.

This company did a great job. At the end, I asked to change out a light. They have given me 4 times they would come back and install light. They did not come back, but promised to come back. I paid in full already. I think if you are paid in full, you should call people back if you will not be able to come back. I am a little disappointed, because I needed the light installed. Maybe they will come back next year, otherwise I am not a priority.

On his own time and for no extra cost, the worker said he would help by installing the light if it was ready when finished with the contracted job. Unfortunately that light was not. We would be more than happy to give you a bid for the light installation and any additional projects you may need done."
