I had an issue with the first man that came to my home,but the owner Gent & his wife Christina contacted me and made the rest of the job great. They where pros and did a great job.

It was fantastic. I love them. They are very accommodating, very professional and very responsive. They have attention to detail. They are going to come back to do some other painting. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were supposed to come back last month and do my other room, as well as a couple of touch ups but I forgot to call and book them so that's my fault. They asked me to pick up the paint but that was in fine prints for the big deal and I picked some additional like blue painters tape but nothing that I didn't expect. They exceeded my every expectation.

There was a delay after paying $199.00 on 11/28/14 and the provider actually showing up on 1/8/15. I had to make numerous phone calls to the office which was very poor customer service. on 1/8/15 the owner Gent and a painter Sean, came here to complete the 7 hours of painting. I asked Gent for a quote for the whole job. He said I would pay when the job was done. I dont understand why I never got a quote for the job. Gent left and Sean said he had to leave for a dental appointment after 5 hours. I was outside gardening and came in to hear Sean say he had to leave for a dental appointment. I looked at what he had painted and was amazed to see he had only painted 4 baseboards of one average sized room. After 5 hours of painting, he only painted the baseboards of one room. I am wholeheartedly disappointed and do not want to have these people in my home ever again. I want a full refund of $199.00. I am going to dispute this with Pay Pal and my bank as well.

"We did reach out to the customer initially via email after her purchase of the big deal as we do with all purchasers. As most people know, when a big deal goes out, the company gets inundated with purchases and customer calls. We try to accommodate everyone in a timely fashion and on a first come first serve basis when this happens. I apologize if there was a delay between your purchase on 11/28 and the scheduled date of work on 1/8. This was also during the holiday season which is our busiest time. We tried to schedule the customer's project as soon as possible for her. The reason a quote was not given was because the Big Deal purchase was not completed. Once that is finished we know exactly what then needs to be done and can give a firm quote to complete anything else. I called the customer to schedule a time to come back and finish the Big Deal and when I found out she was dissatisfied with the work I explained that I would have the owner come out to see exactly what got done and so we could see for ourselves what our painter did and then we could offer her more hours for free to satisfy her if that was the case. She kept saying she just wanted her money back. I told her the owner would be out the next day to check the job. When he arrived he waited but no one was home. I tried calling her several times to see what could be done but she did not answer or return any of our calls. She is welcome to get a refund as we have not marked the job as completed yet through AL. I hope the five hours of painting for free will satisfy her."

I purchased the $199.00 deal for the painting of one interior room. Juan came out to look at the job. Because I wanted the ceilings and the door painted, and also asked if they could do the work on the weekend, the job was bid at $350.00, which seemed a fair price.
We scheduled the job for Sunday, January 25th between 8-9am. Juan showed up on time and had purchased the paint from Home Depot as agreed. I reimbursed Juan directlry for the paint and waited for the painter for approx 30 minutes. The painter showed up around 9:30am and got to work as Juan left the job site.
The painter, sorry I do not know his name, worked steadily until around 1:30pm. The room looks good, probably about the same quality as if I had painted the room myself. The drywall repair was not the best, but to be fair, the deal does say that drywall repair will be minimal. The room is painted as agreed.

"Thank you for your review. We provided an estimate and explained that the lighter stain was no longer available. Before we started the job we told the member that there is a big difference between the wood and fiberglass materials. We could not restore the fiberglass door to what it was before. We explained this before we started and he accepted it as he could not find any other contractor to do it. Red Brush Team."

The first project went well, they were very quick but upon later review of the finished work they could have taken more time to pay attention to detail. Overall they did a decent job. The second project was painting the exterior trim color which came out very nice. The third project was fencing, they sprayed the fence panels on my back lawn killing the whole thing. The project manager was very rude and it was a hassle to get him to clean up the old fencing even though it stated in the contract that he would be responsible for it. I thought the attitude was a very poor one. The comments that were made to myself and my mother in law were ridiculous and I would not recommend working with Kleison again. The girls in the office were great as were the workers but the project supervisor needs a lesson or two in customer service.

It took a few visits to have the job done right. If you don't mind babysitting the employees to make sure the craftsmanship is up to par, then this might be the company for you. The owner seemed pretty attentive, but some of the employees just seemed like they didn't care.

It was off to a shaky start. The first date, they came out and went. I called twice and emailed to find out where they were. The second appointment was much better, one worker called and arrived on time, even a little early, the second worker came a half hour later.

Redbrush was great. The owner provided the quote and timeframe, then returned with a crew to tackle my punchlist. The workers were prompt and courteous and did high-quality work. If I still lived in Boca Raton, Redbrush would be my first choice for handyman services.

Red Brush damaged one of my decks but did come back to fix the deck and cork it. He damaged my wall. He never came back to fix the wall. He fixed my ceiling in my kitchen which was a sloppy job. I showed him the sloppy work done by his employee which he said he would fix. I started the complaint process because the whole wall was damaged. I called him Saturday to come fix my wall and he said he was out of business and hung up on me.
