"Quality is as expected and desired but the monthly billing lacks transparency. It’s easier for him but not conducive to know what you’ve really paid for. I also shared guidance from a horticulturalist and due to his wanting to maintain monthly $$ (I believe), ignored info. Also pushed to get new sprinkler system when mine is brand new. Disappointing not willing to do billing based on need like every other company."

After Uri a number of our plants were damaged. I asked Kyle to come out to let me know what was dead and needed to be replaced. He told us to wait several weeks to see what recovers rather than trying to sell us a bunch of replacement plants. Wish other service providers did business like Kyle and Set Roots.
