James installers did a outstanding job on all work performed and they met all estimates completion dates. As other reviewers have mentioned there was always great communication. Part of the way in were happy with the way the flooring work project was going so we ended up expanding the project scope and using James team to also retile the guest bath shower surround tile, and then going on and reconfiguring our master bath with a beautiful custom built shower.
