"We had storm damage to the roof which had led to leaks in the attic that ruined part of the living room ceiling.  Insurance agreed to cover half of a new roof.  We decided to go ahead and have the entire roof replaced as it was also old enough to warrant the complete redo.  Integrity provided a quote for the whole roof which was in line with 3 other quotes we received (within 10% of the others).  We also had them modify the roof by adding a couple of ridge vents that have helped tremendously with cooling the attic and reducing our electricity bills. 
The workmanship was good, except that they punctured the coolant line in the attic accidentally with the extra long nails that were used.  They did, however, contact an AC company and had it fixed the next day.  Initially the company refused to cover the cost as the fine print in the contract states that the company is not responsible for any such occurrences, but with additional discussion Integrity agreed to cover the cost.  We would strongly suggest either having the contract reviewed by a lawyer, as should be the case with any contract, and also perhaps doing a walk-through with the company prior to initiating the work.  This process would probably help them to identify any possible problems they may run into.
Overall we have been extremely satisfied with our new roof and have not had any trouble with shingles falling off or any additional leaks.  Integrity also provided the paperwork that we needed to submit to our insurance provider to recover the remainder of the the claim money."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"I had water damage and they came out and assessed the damages and set up fans to begin drying the water from the floors and walls.  They rebuilt the faces of my cabinets in the bathroom and repainted them.  The master bedroom had to have new carpet and the room was also repainted after some drywall work.  They did an awesome job and it's like having a brand new bedroom and bathroom!  They also installed a new backdoor for me and some drywall work and repainted in my upstairs bathroom while doing the other work!"
