"They were quick but I would've appreciated more transparency. We discussed an r- value of 38 and having a 14 inch depth throughout but I have no idea about what was used or how much was actually blown in. They only placed paper depth markers towards the attic entrance (which was the most insulated part of the attic). Buying tires isn't cheap. Neither is this. But I at least know what I paid for when buying tires. If you have someone who can help you'd be much better off buying blow-in and checking out the machine to do it yourself. It'll be cheaper. You'll have peace of mind of type of insulation and quality. The blow-in is the easy part. They don't seal gaps or any prep. So if you're already having to do that might as well spend another 1.5 hours blowing insulation. I shared my feedback on adding additional markers but the response I received simply requested payment. So now I'm sharing my feedback with everyone. Hopefully this helps."

I've been trying to get foam insulation put under my floors for the last 3 weeks but with the first two companies I hired something always came up or they would have an excuse with why they couldn't do it. But with Eco Foam, I do admit they did have a little mistake in the morning but I called Scott and even though I was extremely rude and short with him, even though he didn't deserve it, he never lost his cool and was able to come up with a plan to get my project done. "Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
