The decision was then made to regrount the tile joints in the areas where needed in the master bath shower and around the sink countertop and to rechalk where necessary the tub/shower tiles and sink countertop in a hall bath. The final cost agreed upon was in line with the original estimate. The work progressed at a steady pace and was completed to my satisfaction along with the final cleanup. "
