I recommend that you know exactly what you want before contacting Sharp Tile and Design, and get Emanuel to sign a contract with all the details. Otherwise, Emanuel might convince you to alter your vision. He is a persuasive fast talker, and it can be difficult to know whether his suggestions are in your best interest or his. Also, for your records, do not make payment without getting an immediate receipt."
