I would not hesitate to call them for any of my HVAC needs. When they showed up they had everything they needed to get the job done in a timely professional manner. They had to go into my upstairs area to do the R & R of my air handler and they laid a protective cover over all of my carpet to make sure they didn't leave any trails. "My technician was Bill Martinson and he was outstanding. My Air Conditioner died over Labor Day weekend and he came right out to fix it. He learned it was a cracked coil and had to order the part. He was able to get the unit to work just enough to cool off the house for a bit. Which I truly appreciated. He did a great job but then he did something extra -- he helped me get the Builder's Warranty Company to help pay for the repairs. The young lady in the office, Kara Conn and Bill went way above and beyond their jobs to help me. And I appreciate their help and their kindness. "mixed reviews.  I didn't read the fine print so the purchase only covered 8 vents.  Well I had 18 vents.  So that was an extra $200.  They told me about it and I originally was not going to have them all done but they said if the other vents were blocked then doing the 8 would be ineffective. 

I went back and looked at the fine print.  It should include that 8 vents is about the size of a small apartment.  I have a 3 BR 1 floor house.  I would not have purchased had I realized at the time how much it would end up being.  

But they were prompt, courteous, explained everything well.  If I wanted to spend that type of money i would hire them again.
