"My technician was Bill Martinson and he was outstanding. My Air Conditioner died over Labor Day weekend and he came right out to fix it. He learned it was a cracked coil and had to order the part. He was able to get the unit to work just enough to cool off the house for a bit. Which I truly appreciated. He did a great job but then he did something extra -- he helped me get the Builder's Warranty Company to help pay for the repairs. "mixed reviews.  I didn't read the fine print so the purchase only covered 8 vents.  Well I had 18 vents.  So that was an extra $200.  They told me about it and I originally was not going to have them all done but they said if the other vents were blocked then doing the 8 would be ineffective. 

I went back and looked at the fine print.  It should include that 8 vents is about the size of a small apartment.  I have a 3 BR 1 floor house.  I would not have purchased had I realized at the time how much it would end up being.  

But they were prompt, courteous, explained everything well.  If I wanted to spend that type of money i would hire them again.
