My husband took half a day from work so that he could be present when the work was being done but they did not show up nor did they call to say that they weren't coming. Two toilets sat in my living room with no communication from them as to when they would be coming back for several days . Their reason for not coming on the day that they had said they would be here was a shortage of workers due to COVID 19. I can fully appreciate that, I do not understand why they could not call and say that they would not be coming or call to reschedule. They were very friendly and the work in my main bathroom seems to have been done well. I do wish that I had not have asked them to come back to do the second bathroom floor. Word of advice...they seem to do great with plumbing their communication skills could use some work."
