The work went great. Anthony was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and hard-working. He got the problem fixed quickly. There was a little mix-up in scheduling, but this was not his fault. I would call him again.

The man was very good, but very bitter about not being paid the amount he felt he was worth. He took 15 minutes to fix a leak in my toilet and charged me a hundred dollars.

Called Mark. He was here within 30 minutes. Excellent work. Very clean job.

He came 2 days after call. He was on time. Very polite. Worked diligently and quickly. Left no mess.

Mr Cutler started by responding to my request on Angie's promptly, made an appointment convenient for me. He arrived on time, performed all the work in a professional, timely and kindly manner. I am highly pleased with his work product and presence.

We were very impressed with Mark. I did not meet him myself, as my hubby was the one home for the appointment, but my hubby described him as a "stand up guy". We had an intermittent odor in our laundry room that smelled like sewage. The odor itself was gross, but the fact that the laundry was attached to the kitchen, made it even harder to ignore. It was also very embarrassing, as it always seemed to flair up when we had people over for dinner. We had a plumber that we had used for several small jobs come out a couple of times to trouble shoot. He would send his assistant into the crawl space and he would fiddle around in the laundry, and he never could figure out what the odor was. We even had a drain cleaning specialist come and "clear" our lines for an exorbitant amount. I found Mark on Angie's list and gave him a call, hoping to get different results. He returned my call quickly, was patient with me as I stumbled through trying to explain what I needed. He showed up during the time bracket he said he would. Mark came out, crawled underneath, and found the problem quickly. (Which tells me my previous plumber probably needs to train his sidekick a little better). I was so relieved to finally have a skilled plumber. He was able to fix the plumbing issues quickly, at the initial appointment time. The pricing was reasonable as well. About a week after the service call, we received a thank you note! What???!!! Somebody thankful for my business???!!! Well, that just further cemented Mark as my go to guy for all things plumbing. Thank you Mark for resolving this plumbing issue for us. You rock, and will get all our future plumbing business.

He addressed all of our plumbing issues, and even located issues that we didn't even realize were there, like outdated pressure valves, leaky outdoor water faucets, etc. Mark walked me through everything with worked on and explained things in a way I could easily understand (no small feat!). Plumber was on time, thorough & fair worked in a timely manner to complete the work, sorry it took so long to fill out the surrey!

It took him 5 hours to install a faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher.  We already had the old dishwasher removed and some of the minor plumbing disconnected to help with time. He didn't have to remove any items from under the sink. Everything was ready for him to go straight to work.   It seemed like every 5 minutes he was going out to his truck to get something.  I felt like it took him an unusually long time just remove the faucet.  He mentioned that he didn't realize it was a Moen faucet and that he had been using tools for a Delta faucet. I would have imagined a man with his reported experience would have picked up on that pretty quickly.  What really disappointed me was the he said he was about to install the dishwasher just as I was about to leave and that he it would be done by the time I got back.  When I returned  45 minutes later, it was NOT installed and was sitting in the same place it was when I left. He told me that he had been on hold with customer service trying to figure out an issue with a bracket he needed to install the washer.  In the end, he did not properly finish installing the washer and charged over $500. This happened just before the holidays and I feel like he used me and my family to give himself a little Christmas bonus. I will never use his services again.

Mr. Curtis responded to our call quickly. Stated he would be here in an hour. He was at our house in 40 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, performed the repair and cleaned up after himself. Very professional and very responsive to our call. All at a VERY reasonable price.

Mr. Cutler came, quickly to help resolve two problem (within hours of my call). He was able to find problem & fix without delay. Very reasonably!
