"We are getting ready to sell our house and did not feel that we should invest in refinishing the floors and allow next owners to choose the type. NHFC, for the second time, cleaned, polished and buffed the floors and they look great. There is nothing to help the areas where the floors have lost their finish but they did a great job at making them look the best they can."

"It's difficult to find house cleaning services in Middle TN that consistently generate a sparkling clean house, is punctual, responds to texts and special requests and can accommodate last minute cleaning scheduling changes like Rosy's Brazilian Mop Cleaning and Housekeeping. I've used Rosi for 8 years straight and her company are true professionals. Most of all, her Brazillian mop has cleaned our hickory floors like magic! I love walking into my home after work to see and smell a freshly cleaned home every time. Rosi does require an initial deep cleaning, but, is totally worth it. If you can, save up for it or get your mom or kids to buy a gift certificate for your Bday! You'll be hooked! "I couldn't be happier with how the floors turned out. A large section of floor in the middle of our great room had to be repaired due to replacing a large fireplace with a much smaller double sided one. Chris suggested doing inlays on each side of the fireplace that are just beautiful and add so much to the room. The floors turned out absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend Gibson Flooring and wouldn’t have to think twice about using them again in the future."

"The cleaning service was less than he bathroom counter had obviously been cleared off for cleaning (everything was moved out of place) but the counter had not been cleaned and the floors were left unswept. I would have understood if they had given an explanation, but they rushed out an hour earlier than I expected them to based on the appointment reminder that I received from them. I really wanted to like them and be able to continue using their services, but their customer service just wasnt what I expect. Also, the main thing I wanted them to do was clean my living room windows. When I spoke to them on the phone I was told they would. Once they arrived, they told me the windows would be an additional charge of over $100 dollars."
