As a reward for you to read my introduction, my advise is that please be ware of any mold or wet spots, paint peeling, cracks of the interior or exterior of your property, which likely indicate you have water leaking or drainage issues. I highly recommend you take early action to stop leaking and direct drainage away from your property well, meanwhile repair those damages with peace.
