X-Terminator destroyed my windows with the chemicals they used. I had just had my windows cleaned. I spent 15 minutes on one window trying to remove the residue. I will have to pay another $200 for window cleaning. I very confused why the windows were the only place they sprayed....Jim said they would return to clean. We will see if this can be resolved! Also, no improvement what so ever with spider control. "

"I notice most of the reviews are old and about Tommy; he was not the tech. Pros: They were available days before others and who wants to be stuck with dirty laundry? In the end, they charged the trip charge instead of also trying to charge for some time when the job wasn't done (like a certain Company which we no longer use). Cons: The tech started into the upsale immediately, suggesting to almost double what we expected to pay and wasn't too happy when we declined (another reason we stopped using the Company that turned their techs into sales people). He had been there about 1 1/2 hours when he discovered we had a vinyl vent which can't be safely cleaned because it may tear or break. Time was wasted to learn the vent needs to be replaced. Also, he didn't pay attention when I pointed out which 2nd story cover was for the dryer because we found the one for the bathroom on the ground later, which is there to keep birds out."
