"The sales rep, Paul, was amazing. He was professional and very knowledgeable about bats and the removal process. The tech, Adam, was very thorough and accommodating. The price was fair and Paul worked with me on figuring out how to get what I needed done, while staying within my budget, which I very much appreciated. I was worried that it was going to be a really involved process, as bats are a protected species in my state, but Paul and Adam walked me through everything and made it all easy to understand. I will definitely be using them again if I run into another critter problem! 10/10 recommend!"

"I interviewed several companies to do this work. Complete offered experienced resources in both the areas of animal control and insulation removal/replacement. Importantly Jordan, their inspector, impressed me with his knowledge, positive attitude and desire to obtain my business. The work began with many hours of thorough inspection of where the mice (and a snake!......no doubt hungry for a mouse dinner) were entering the affected areas followed by repairs of all those entry points to prevent a reoccurrence. Then traps were set and checked every two days by Complete until after several weeks my home was rodent and snake (!) free. Complete involved a number of their experienced resources on the animal control effort ........all professional and all with positive attitudes.............. but the stars were Dale (make sure you ask for him regarding animal control) and Logan. The next step was to remove the old insulation and replace with new. I decided to go with spray foam instead of the batted insulation for a number of reasons.......the most important of which was Larry’s understanding of that technology. Larry is the manger of the spray foam group and is a real star for Complete. As far as I can tell his knowledge may be the best in the industry in Tennessee.......maybe the country!! He had a unique situation with my home and refused to give up until he had solved the problem! His crew Alex, Dylan K, Anthony F and Josh were professional and had positive attitudes even on some of the hottest days of the year when they had to get in their spray foam gear and work in my attic (talk about a weight loss program!!). Although my job seemed big to me it seemed fairly ordinary for the Complete experts. While the action was taking place at my home over several months it was organized and managed by a top group of administrators. Dianne was the star of the group but Emily, Amy and Michelle were also always there to respond to my requests and questions. I felt that these four and the animal control and insulation groups always had customer satisfaction as their ultimate goal. While I hope to never have to undertake a similar project in the future, I certainly know who I will hire if I do!"
"I have nothing but the highest praise for the service provided by All Creatures Wildlife Services! After the initial call, an evaluation of the situation was scheduled for between 10:30 and 11:00. They arrived at 10:32, discussed the problem, and made a recommended solution. The squirrels had caused significant damage, having eaten through the soffits on one end of the house and established a nest in the attic. All Creatures Wildlife Services didn't just fix the immediate issue, they also repaired the soffits and set traps for the squirrels. They maintained regular contact, ensuring I was informed each time they returned to check the traps. The soffit repair was excellent, and the squirrels were evicted quickly. Every aspect of my interaction with this company was stellar. The personnel were professional in every aspect of the service. They were courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. On a 1-10 scale, they rate 12. I would unhesitantly recommend this company."
"Cody not only removed raccoons from my attic, but acted as a general contractor in repairing the damage. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. He's very professional, responds to your text/phone calls iquickly, and does an excellent job, even cleaning up when the job is finished. If you have any critters you want removed from your property he's your man."
"Josh came out the same day I called. He took care of the issues immediately. He went above and beyond to make sure the issues were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with pest/wildlife issues."
Studies indicate that owls don't possess a conventional sense of fear. However, they find intense, sudden human noise unsettling, like clapping or shouting. Additionally, owls are likely spooked by sudden bursts of bright light. While they may not experience fear as humans do, these disturbances can disrupt their natural behaviors, making it essential to minimize such disruptions when sharing spaces with these remarkable creatures.
The best animal repellents for gardens include a variety of different scents. You can use predator urine to keep away deer, raccoons, squirrels, and more. The odor will tell the critters that your yard is a dangerous place. Other scents that repel critters are herbs like lavender, geranium, and mint. You can also use hot pepper, garlic, and strong-smelling soap.
Yes, predator decoys work to keep birds away, at least temporarily. However, if the decoy remains motionless in the same spot for a long enough time, the birds will eventually wise up and realize it's a fake. Keep changing the location of the predator decoy to ensure that the birds keep their guard up and maintain their distance.
It can be difficult to know what type of animal is in your attic until you see it. But several clues can help you narrow down the suspects:
Sounds: Smaller animals like rats and mice make scurrying and tapping/gnawing sounds. Larger animals like raccoons and opossums make louder clambering noises. Also, note when animals are noisy: Squirrels are active during the day, while rats are busiest at night.
Droppings: Rats and mice leave small, rice-shaped droppings (the rat’s version is significantly larger). Bigger droppings belong to larger critters like raccoons. As long as you’re not squeamish, an image search can help you identify what you’re seeing in your attic.
When in doubt, take photos of damage or other evidence and show them to an experienced pest control pro.
Both spikes and loose nets can be installed over nest sites to prevent the bird from returning, but nets are not a humane option since birds and other wildlife can get tangled in them.
Spikes are a humane alternative that deter nesting without harming the birds. In small areas, like vents, a very fine mesh net can be installed to prevent the bird from returning. These nets don't generally pose a risk to the birds.
