"I am switching from Terminix to Jim, he is honest, reasonable and kept in constant touch about the best day to do the work. I have a log cabin and I called at least 7 pest control companies and most said either they would only treat a crawl space for the powder post beetle or that they did not deal with log cabins. I finally found a Pest Tech guy who charged me 250$ for an inspection and I am waiting for him to respond as to whether or not he is willing to even give me a letter. He also was going to charge me at least 2000 to treat the house because of the "Cost of the product" I researched the cost of the product and then shopped around and found Jim. He saved me at least 1500$ and charged me a very fair price for the job and I already have a warranty on his work. Great Great Great.
