They did the service, or they said they did the service but no one was there. If they did the service it didn't last as long as I had before with another service. Because I wasn't there I didn't want to give them a bad score, I wanted to see if they wanted to make it up but no one responded. Then I think I paid Angie's list, because I had called you about the service and didn't pay them. They were trying to get me to pay them directly instead of through you. I wasn't pleased with their service. Like I said no one was there to do the work like they said. The price was good if the work was good. If the spraying had lasted a month at least a month. Punctuality, that I don't know, when they said they did the work, no one was home, or they didn't let us know they were there to do the work. When I called to check on them coming, they said they had already done the work. I really want to give them an opportunity to come and spray again and me not even give them a bad score. I think I left a message with them, or I mentioned to you all or I sent an email, I'm sure I did one of them. I think I sent an email to you about that. They contacted me about paying them, but I did the service through you. So, I told them I had paid you and I called and left a message with the code you told me to give them to get paid. That was the last contact I've had with them, they didn't mention anything about making up the difference. Or trying to make it better. I like Angie's list and I'll continue using you, because you all guarantee your work, at least that was what I was told. I would not use them again unless they come and make it up some sort of way. If they want to make it up, I'm fine. I'm not trying to get something for nothing. Every other service, the people we met them, we were home, they did the work, we saw them do the work. This is the first one that wasn't done like that.

I highly recommend Dan Herman with Pest Tech Chattanooga. He is very professional, polite, punctual and even though I live outside his business area he still came and treated my home. I wish I was in his area I would definitely use him permenatly.

We tried on our own for about a month to kill the pest and had no success but as soon as Dan got on the job we started to see an improvement and within several weeks our problem was gone. Because the truck was on the road 6 days a week Dan came out on Sunday evenings on his day off to do the treatments. You could not of asked for a nicer or more professional guy. He did everything he said he would do and for a very fair price. It has now been several months with no reappearances of the problem. We are very satisfied and would recommend Pest Tech to everyone.

Dan has been doing pest control for our house for about 3 months. Previously, was using terminex who wouldn't return phone calls and I questioned if they even did their job. Dan always lets us know when he's coming and he's always on time. Prior to his services mosquitos were everywhere and our dogs were covered in ticks. I haven't seen a single tick on my dogs from our yard and the mosquitos are rare. I also love that he's local-makes communication so much easier. If I have any questions or concerns he's just a text away! If you value top notch service go with Dan!

I can't recommend Pest Tech enough! Dan is easy to get in contact with, and he always makes it easy to arrange a time for a treatment or for him to come out and check on a problem. Whenever we have had an appointment with him he has arrived on time and thoughtfully thought through and talked us through his assessment of the problem we were having and what he suggests we do about it. As a dog owner, I also appreciate that Dan is always very conscientious about ensuring that the way he treats our pest problems are pet safe. I'm very glad that we had Pest Tech recommended to us by a neighbor when we started having pest problems in our home.
