We are very pleased with Lookout Pest Control. Each time our technician, Chris, has come to our home he has been on time, professional and very thorough. It is nice to have the option to have a quarterly service instead of monthly. We would recommend Lookout Pest Control to those seeking to help keep their homes free of pests.

The speed in which they contacted us and scheduled our first appointment was impressive. They were here on time and explained what was going to be done. I misread their website that they had a termite preventative system, but it turns out it was just a treatment protocol. Disappointed that our initial treatment did not qualify for any of the coupons. We have signed up for quarterly treatments. Treatment a week ago, haven't seen any bugs or spiders and the dead scorpions in the basement have stopped appearing.

I am very happy with Lookout Pest Control. We purchased a year contract at $35/month, where Lookout comes once per month to treat the house and monitor for any problems. Monthly treatments always involve spraying the baseboards of the whole house, and setting traps, such as sticky "glue" traps, as needed. Service technician also sometimes uses granules or other pesticides, as needed.
In additional to the routine monthly visits, the contract price includes "emergency" visits at no extra charge. We haven't had to call in an "emergency," but it's nice to know that if we suddenly had an ant problem or roach problem, etc., we could get quick treatment.
Our monthly technician is very friendly, and on time. Last month he told us that if we raised all the blinds and moved furniture away from the windows, he would spray around all the window frames next time he came, which we appreciate.

The cost was less than I expected. My neighbor had the same issue but hired another company and paid at least $200 more. I was so pleased with them that I’ve hired them for annual services. I called several companies and didn’t get a response. Lookout is reliable and they are great!

Prompt and effective service as advertised at lower cost than another company's estimate, but didn't plug holes drilled in masonry with mortar as they promised; just plugged them with unsightly plastic stoppers.

We moved into our house the first of June. We soon found there was a problem with camel crickets. I was planning to look for an exterminator when we discovered bats in our eaves. I now needed an exterminator that would take care of both problems.
