Our project included replacing the bathtub area with a full walk-in tiled shower, retiling the floor, removing a wall and replacing much of the existing wall, repainting, and replacing the cabinets and fixtures. "After getting 1 horrible quote, and 2 other really high quotes, finally my friend, also a previous client of Pride Painting, recommended them to us. I reached out to the owner on a Sunday morning, asking if he was available last minute, an hour from the call. He agreed and showed up on time. When shaking hands and engaging in small talk, he seemed a little "cocky," or bold with confidence, and I thought I was going to experience a repeat of previous quotes. As I walked him through the interior and walked around the exterior, my comfort/confidence grew a little more and more, because he was actively listening, giving feedback and personal ideas/input, which I hadn't previously considered, and he even had a notebook to write down personally requested specifics that were most significant to my wife and I.
