Our service rates are $60.00 which includes point of departure and up to the first hour. In most cases, this should allow enough time to diagnose and fix the problem, but in some cases we will have to add small amount of Freon or replace capacitors. In a case like this, the charge will be $60.00 for the service call plus the price of Freon at $32.00 per pound or the price of the capacitor. On flat rate jobs, this service call shall be incorporated into a flat rate price; such as the following: In Most Cases $350.00 to change out condensing unit. We will furnish copper, fittings, welding materials, vacuum pump, armaflex. NO SERVICE CALL IS ADDED TO THIS PRICE. $450.00 to change out air handler. We will provide (within a reasonable amount) duct work to tie back copper fittings, hook back up, and armaflex. $150.00 to change out condensing fan motors. No service charge is to be added to flat rate prices; however, if such items need to be done there will be extra charges, such as, Freon lines to be changed out. This service requires more time. Numbers are money saved we will run everything through our account’s, the more we buy the cheaper your units and supplies will be . You will receive invoice prices and everything will be wholesale. However, due to the EPA laws we have to purchase freon. Apartment management don’t take the risk of liability by not knowing the codes, not having a HVAC license, not having a permit, etc. because we take that responsibility for you. If you install a unit and an apartment burns; has fire damage; or someone gets asphyxiated, you are responsible. However, if we do the job we are responsible. Estimated Equipment and Parts Prices These prices were good the Summer 2011 they may charge with time. 2 ton complete split system straight air with air handler, condensing unit, 8 kW heat strips. $1,150.00 R22 straight air only condensing unit which requires Freon to be added, but compatible with old R22 air handlers that are straight air $662.00 Condensing fan motor-fan blade and capacitors $90.00 Digital non programmable thermostat $35.00

After dealing with several HVAC companies they are by far the most trustworthy, experienced and their concern for customers is hands down the best in the area. I was told by several companies that my system needed replacement. I contacted Complete Care Hvac for a price quote. To my surprise my problem was miss-diagnosed. Alex and his team were able to get the needed parts and get my heat back on within a few hours. They provided a great service at an honest price and unlike some competitors were not out to sell me a new unneeded unit. They are so personable and responsive.
