Kelos Services is a small locally owned Handyman service with 10 years experience in a variety of trades. We offer free estimates to any one with-in a 50 mile radius of Huntsville, al and are willing to travel for a small compensation.

Our service rates are $60.00 which includes point of departure and up to the first hour. In most cases, this should allow enough time to diagnose and fix the problem, but in some cases we will have to add small amount of Freon or replace capacitors. In a case like this, the charge will be $60.00 for the service call plus the price of Freon at $32.00 per pound or the price of the capacitor. On flat rate jobs, this service call shall be incorporated into a flat rate price; such as the following: In Most Cases $350.00 to change out condensing unit. We will furnish copper, fittings, welding materials, vacuum pump, armaflex. NO SERVICE CALL IS ADDED TO THIS PRICE. $450.00 to change out air handler. We will provide (within a reasonable amount) duct work to tie back copper fittings, hook back up, and armaflex. $150.00 to change out condensing fan motors. No service charge is to be added to flat rate prices; however, if such items need to be done there will be extra charges, such as, Freon lines to be changed out. This service requires more time. Numbers are money saved we will run everything through our account’s, the more we buy the cheaper your units and supplies will be . You will receive invoice prices and everything will be wholesale. However, due to the EPA laws we have to purchase freon.
