We called and spoke to Craig. He was very prompt in sending 2 technicians to service our A/C the same day. This was during an extremely hot August day, which I am sure is their busy season. They were prompt, professional, and were able to repair our A/C that day. They also went into our sweltering attic to check the duct work to ensure their were no impairments in the duct work. While up there they patched a small crack in the duct work. Though this was not the issue we called the technicians out for, they went the extra step. I am so pleased with their service, price, and follow through.
