"Our deck was rotting and falling apart. It was no longer safe to walk on and many of the deck boards and joists were in terrible shape. We contacted several pros and cody at Lees home services was the first to reach out, the first to show up, and the only one of the 4 we contacted who seemed genuine from the second we met. He gave us a reasonable estimate when others were obviously aiming way too high. He also gave us expectations on how it was going to go and then absolutely exceeded them over and over again. "My pro arrived on time . first of all he arrived in a car , his ladder was broken and had to use mine it took him right at 4hrs , when he informed me that he was finished and all he had to do was clean up (no drop cloth) I thought that he meant his mess ! He meant himself , he also cut my crown moulding and did not replace it. I will not recommend his device !!!"

Put the new post into the same hole and backfill it with fast-setting concrete. Keep in mind, this won’t work well for metal posts.
