"It all came together in the end. We had a couple delays due to staffing, but Patrick did work with me on installing the fence in the concrete that was being poured. We had some problems because it was around a pool and he didn't seem that knowledgeable about pool requirements in Hamilton County, so I provided the latch and hinges. I had to move the latch up myself to get through inspection. The reason for the B is because he wanted full payment up front and I thought that was weird and left me at his mercy to finish.
