DogWatch was very professional and did a great job from beginning to end of project. Our two Russell Terriers are safe and we are very pleased. DogWatch has been very responsive for the entire project and the warranty they give is excellent. This was a good investment with a very reputable company. If I could give then 10 stars I would.

DogWatch was amazing to work with. They provided a free estimate and were able to install quickly. We got a high-quality, wood fence with a steel reinforced gate for a reasonable price! Their crew was professional, kind, punctual, knowledgeable and had great attention to detail. They worked quickly, communicated with us well and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend DogWatch for your fence needs!

Att cut my dogs fence in many places. They came out quickly to repair it. Cody went out of his way taking pictures to share w ATT so I can get reimbursed and flagged the line so they don’t do it again. I have been a customer for 15 years and they have always been great.

Salesperson via email, very helpful. 2 Installers came 8 am on the date scheduled, worked all day, completed the installation by 4:30 pm. Trainer came out when scheduled, spent all the time required, did not rush through the training, to make sure I was comfortable training my dog on the do's & don't's of the new fence. Trainer was also responsive to two follow-up texts w questions. Only 2 things that kept this from being 5-stars across the board: When I emailed the original salesperson 6 months later asking if someone next time they were in the area could drop off a handful of metal flags (the landscapers had ruined some of them with their mower), she said they charged for flags. This wasn't the response I expected, as I imagine they order these small flags in boxloads containing 1,000 or more. Second issue, and it may be associated with my property more than the install, but I'm seeing the "buried" DogWatch electrical line running around half my property (I would have thought they would have trenched the line deeper than they did; as I do not see the cable or internet line, or any other power or other lines becoming exposed). Overall though, the company and the product are good and performing as I'd hoped.

DogWatch was great! Came out to discuss what would be involved, installed it, and helped to train our dog. The fence works really well, our dog has never escaped (or even tried to escape). It gives her so much freedom to enjoy our yard and we don't have to worry about her. Everyone we have dealt with at DogWatch has been professional and very helpful. Definitely recommend them!

We love our DogWatch hidden fence and our dogs do as well. They love the freedom of being able to run around our 1 acre, and we love not feeling stressed about them chasing wildlife! Everyone at DogWatch Hidden Fence was easy to work with and provided great service. We highly recommend them.

I was hesitant about going with a hidden or invisible fence for our new puppy but because of the make up of our yard a traditional chain link or wooden fence was not feasible (we have a drainage ditch that splits our yard and floods during heavy rains). After much research, we decided to go with DogWatch Hidden Fence and couldn't be happier! Our puppy caught on quickly and I love that she is able to run and play in our entire yard, both front and back and over the ditch, rather than being confined to a very small area had we gone with a traditional fence. Keeping our puppy inside the boundaries is not an issue at all - she doesn't even test them. Our neighbors decided to get a DogWatch Hidden Fence after we had ours installed. The collars work for both yards so we are able to put all of the dogs in one yard and let them play. If we were to ever move, I would not hesitate to install a DogWatch Hidden Fence in our next home. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is excellent.

Our golden doodle trained within a few days and we have had a great experience with DogWatch. Would definitely recommend the product to anyone who loves being able to let your dog run freely in the yard front & back without having to worry. He loves sitting in the front yard watching and greeting walkers & his puppy friends. When we go on walks outside the fence he grabs his red towel and walks to the sidewalk, drops it and away we go! The installation process was quick & Everything works. DogWatch has checked in with us a few times to make sure all is good and the trainer gave me her cell for any questions. Great customer service & easiest purchase ever for our dog!

Shannon and the team at DogWatch are all awesome. I had the best experience with them and have been thrilled with the product, which I have had over 2 years now. They are polite, extremely nice, and overall it’s a great deal. I have referred several neighbors because they have all seen how well it works with my dog. I am on a corner lot with lots of my yard in front and so am invisible fence was the best route for me.

I wish I had done this sooner! We live on acreage with 3 labradoodles. The dogs had to stay in the house unless I went outside with them because they chase deer and are also social and love to visit nearby houses. I worried for their safety for years. My reason for not getting an invisible fence is that I wouldn't be able to take them on long walks on our land. Amanda was excellent and came out to teach them how to "safe cross" and I couldn't believe they could understand the difference. We used a red towel in training and it worked like a charm! They know now when we take their collars off and say "safe cross" they can zoom across the border with no hesitation at all. We only fenced the perimeter of our house (not the whole property) and they hang near the house anyway when they are out by themselves (on decks, by pool, etc,). We also decided to add an interior zone to block off the dining room where our oldest dog liked to sneak off and go potty, Having the indoor device has saved my rug in there! Since we already had the collars it was just a matter of adding one piece of inexpensive equipment. DogWatch used the same white flag system so the dogs learned it immediately. Amanda takes excellent care of us and is always available for any questions. This system has been a game changer for me! I only wish had spent the money years ago. I'm paying for peace of mind ( and a cleanser house because I can put them outside whenever I want). My dogs are much happier and less bored especially on beautiful days!

Very please with the product. We live on 15 acres amd it was easy to train our dogs of where they were allowed to run. Excellent service.

Our dog learned very quickly and stays clear of the white flags in the back yard and won’t even go out the front door. She also responds very well with the “watch out” command when she starts chasing a bird or squirrel and looks like she’s going to get too close to the fence. This has worked very well for us! Installation and training were extremely professional, pleasant and easy to work with. We are extremely happy with the results and happy that our dog will no longer be at risk of running into the busy road!

The person we worked with to get a quote patiently answered our questions and also provided suggestions that we considered before choosing the option that was best for our family. The technician that installed the hidden fence was professional, very knowledgeable, and answered our questions. The trainer that came was very friendly and patient. She was readily available to answer any questions we had even after the training was completed. Our pets are safe and secure!

We have a lab who loved to roam around and was becoming a nightmare to our neighbors. We contacted dogwatch who were prompt with their responses and were even able to give us an estimate while I was at work. Once the fence was installed a trainer came out the same day. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. My lab took to the fence with no problem and has saved us so much stress. Dogwatch called us many times to check and and see how everything was. I had contemplated a fence for my 4 dogs on many occasions, not really knowing which kind to get. I live in a neighborhood with an HOA that mandates wooden privacy fences, but I have a wooded backyard and didn't want to give up the view or commit to the upkeep, so I kept looking. Then I ran across Hidden Fences and I just couldn't walk away from all of their positive reviews and amazing product. So here I am, several months into it and I am so HAPPY with my choice. The DogWatch fence has been a lifesaver for us. I had no idea the amount of underlying stress I was experiencing every time our dog ran through our neighbors yards (and then I had to chase her). We absolutely love DogWatch Hidden Fence. Our Great Pyrenees dogs kept escaping our fenced yard which would result in having to search for them for hours. They helped us come up with a hidden fence solution to keep them contained. They are prompt for appointments and happy to answer any questions we had. Also, they really emphasize training the dogs to recognize the hidden fence boundaries so that they are not receiving unnecessary boundary corrections. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone who has dogs who are escape artists.

They were amazing with set up all the way to training us and our pup on how to use the fence! I have had the fence for three years now! It still works amazingly and it’s been a lifesaver for our pup!
