That was the last time I heard from them. Today, September 26, I picked up my mower because they still hadn’t looked at it I called and emailed at least three times a week for 7 weeks, and they could never get back to me. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told “the owner wants to see you.” I made an appointment for this morning at 9:00am, and no one wa there. I called at 9:15 and was told that someone would be there soon. I returned at 9:25 and gave them my name and told them that I needed my mower. The owner that, “wanted to see me”, was strangely absent when I was there These folks are unprofessional, slow, uncaring, and unorganized."
