"We'll see if it makes a noticeable difference in our well-being, but our peace of mind has definitely been improved by the vent cleaning. Highly recommend Air Specialties for the job. They showed up on time, worked their a**** off, got up into the attic and cleaned the actual trunk lines, took a lot of videos and pictures to show their results, and eliminated a lot of mold and dirt residue. "Since I have two furnaces, two air-conditioning units and a whole house air filtration system, it was too expense for me to afford the yearly service costs. Ed, the technician, and Steve, the Service Manager, helped me find filters that will help with my allergies and asthma and yet were affordable. I used the "Comfort Care" plan, which has discounts for parts and includes service for all my units."

"CM Walter Heat and Air did a fantastic job on my older AC unit. We had another company come out first. They couldn’t get the parts in and installed for another three days and the quote seemed high so I called Martin and he came out the same day. Diagnosed the problem and had me back up in running in minutes. He also saved me a ton of money. After it was all said and done he saved me over 800 dollars! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of AC work!"
