Colin was very professional his work is the best I've seen here in East Tennessee. His prices were with in are budget and he even worked with us on the budget. He was clean and efficient in everything he did forus on are project. He explained everything he could do and when there was something he couldn't do he let us know upfront. I gave him a 5 star because we have been burned so bad by handyman who said they could do things but had to rehire someone else to redo their lousy job.Almost everything Colin did for us was a redo from some other people. Holston Homes knows their stuff! Colin helped me decide the best type of heat and air system, priced options, and got the job done quickly. He also installed a whole house humidifier, which is a game changer in winter when the heat is drying everything and causing static. Not with the humidifier!

Mr. JONES came to our home and helped us with options on Mini Split HVAC unit for a room addition. We could not have happier with the customer service and the installation crew. He also looked at our unit for the house and gave us some future options, no high pressure sales tactics. Going to call him next year about our master bathroom remodel when we have the extra money.
