Zack and Yancy kept me up to date every step of the way and were very professional and kind. They were so clear in explaining what was going on, I never had to ask any questions. "It didn't turn out too well. He had some problems dealing with our ceiling. There were a couple of areas that he needed to cover with sparkle and he had to come back 3 times and he still didn't get it right. He came back 3 times and he was a very nice man. We just decided to leave is the way it was. He did the best he could in that situation."
