Zack and Yancy kept me up to date every step of the way and were very professional and kind. They were so clear in explaining what was going on, I never had to ask any questions. The work was done quickly and properly. They cleaned all the mess up. I am pretty sure my floor was cleaner after they left than before they got there."

There were a couple of areas that he needed to cover with sparkle and he had to come back 3 times and he still didn't get it right. He came back 3 times and he was a very nice man. We just decided to leave is the way it was. He did the best he could in that situation."
