Jason helped us get the plans sets and Flip, Beckett and James built the huge structure. We were impressed with their knowledge, skills, and work ethic. James and Chance did an excellent job with finish aesthetics. As with all construction projects, some issues come up but Christian always had solutions to make us happy. "Viorel was very professional through out the quoting process. He made sure to work around our schedule and was always on time. During the work day my wife, newborn son, and I left for the day to avoid the excess commotion. Upon finding rotten boards he immediately called to let me know the situation and that he was going to do it right, but it may come out more than expected. I really appreciated his promptness in communicating with me and making sure the job was done correctly as replacing a roof is not something to cut corners on. As soon as they were done he called to let me know they were finished. Upon arrival I was very surprised on how well his team cleaned up and left my property exactly the way it was. If I need a roof again in the future (hopefully not for quite some time) I will definitely be contacting Viorel and his crew."

"I do not recommend using Doug Goins and Norris Wake LLC. I had been wanting to have my condo painted, but I had been waiting because I couldn’t decide if I wanted to spend the money and have someone else do it, or if I should do it myself. I decided to have someone else do it because it was worth the money to me. Although Doug was able to start the project Monday morning right after he came out to my condo the first time, I now know that was probably not good because they don’t have a lot of people wanting them to come out. When he did his initial visit, he did not measure anything, instead he just walked in and later sent me via text one amount as an estimate. They worked on Monday, and Monday night when I went over to check it out, there was no drop cloth down or tape or anything. I thought they had just cleaned it up, even though the job was not complete. Doug text me and said they would be done by Tuesday (so my whole condo would take 1.5 days with 12 foot ceilings, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a utility room, kitchen, hallway, entryway, and baseboards). At around 1pm Tuesday, Doug text me and said they were done, so I venmo’d him the total price. Fast forward to when we went to the condo that afternoon to see it, there was dirt and dust EVERYWHERE. The furniture was in the wrong rooms. I started sweeping first thing and noticed there was paint ALL OVER the floor (which is just had done 2 weeks before they painted…..). The obviously had not taped anything off. They were footprints of paint, as well as the whole floor beneath the baseboard was just a line of paint. There was a puddle of dried paint on the kitchen floor, splattered paint, etc. Not only were the floors painted, but I had some tubs of stuff that had paint all over them! There was paint all over the cabinet handles in the kitchen. We called them right away and Doug so he would come Thursday morning between 9:30-10am (this was Tuesday…). I went away and swept the whole condo of their dirt and dust and left it in piles so they could see it. So Thursday rolls around and Doug said he was just going to send one of his guys because it would be easier. And that his guys would be there at 9:30am. He did not pull up in the driveway until 10am and sat outside until 10:10am so he was 40 minutes late. He came in and I showed him all the problems and told him about the dirt. He said, “so they dirt was just in these piles?” And I told him no, we swept it all up so you could see how much there was. And he said, “oh, awesome!” and that is all. So about 10 times he said, ok I cleaned it all up. And I went back and looked and he had NOT. He didn’t move the furniture to look behind it to see if there was more paint. He was there short of 2 hours. So Saturday morning I was doing laundry and my vent was not working on my dryer. They SMASHED the dryer vent, broke it, and left it! So I texted Doug and told him and told him how disappointing of an experience this has been and all he said was, “thanks for telling me.” There was NEVER one apology!! Moral of the story: do NOT use Doug Goins and Norris Wake LLC! They are rude, lazy, messy, and the walls did not even look that good. If you are going to spend your money, don’t spend it here! Make sure you get someone reliable, honest, hard-working, and ethical."
