Sam went above and beyond to get my house done after struggling to find a contractor to deal with an insurance claim. My basement and damaged master bedroom area are absolutely gorgeous.

Unreliable, unprofessional, and extremely rude are there three words I’d use to describe this company. They’ve been removing a tree since May, it is now October and the tree is still laying on its side. The company refuses to take responsibility for the damage they’ve done to the property and have no timeline on when the tree will actually be removed from the property. The owner of the company, Sam, is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with and told me and my husband to just have a lawyer contact him over the damaged property. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for any construction needs.

I've had them out two different times for 2 different roof issues. Both times they were professional and did outstanding work. I trust and value their professional opinions. I would definitely hire them again.

• * Arrived promptly each morning and worked diligently throughout the day, taking time for a 30 minute lunch and a short afternoon break.
• * Tidied the work space before leaving each day.
• * Exceptionally courteous.
• *  Lastly, we are thrilled with the work itself.   The laminate floor was precisely measured and placed and the work is comparable to work done in a previous home by a local flooring company but with less cost.  Excellent!
• *  Pleased with the discovery, replacement/repair of the water damaged door and floor joist, respectively.  We know of 3 possible outcomes had the damage not been discovered:  termite infestation, extensive water damage and added repair cost in the future.

* We will choose only this contractor for future projects.

We were impressed with skill of ACC?s crews and the speed of completing the project. ACC sent crews of 4 to 6 workers, and they were all business. No delays anywhere and we are completely satisfied with the quality of the work. We will use them again!

A couple of years ago due to storm damage, like many others in the area, had to replace my roof.   My insurance company recommended this company.  I remember, at the time, this company was truly task oriented, and completed the job in a timely manner.  Recently, roof sprung a leak. While I am a recent client of Angie's list and cruising for a roofer repair person came across this same company, which I called immediately.  Mr. Sam, owner, came immediately, walked over the entire roof and assessed the problem, fixed the problem, same day, and sent his team the following week to repair any further damage.  His team was very neat, polite, and respectful despite all my questions and repaired all further inside damage.  Mr. Sam was very nice and guaranteed his work despite more storm damage might have been the culprit and did not charge for the repair.
On a further note, I noticed on Angie's list that this Company offers many services, which I took advantage of such as having three sets of bathroom faucets replaced.  This extra job was discussed prior to the team arriving the next week for following up with the roof repair and all I had to do was buy the faucets and they installed.  
Look on Angie's list, the Company's list is extensive for the ability to repair, build or most any other construction need.  I highly recommend this Company and you should give them a call at 865-566-3131. Personally, I will keep them closer on the radar now because having to go through the stress of having to find help again for repairs of your home is not fun.  Plus, this Company will call you prior to coming and will follow up with you after the job to see if you are satisfied.

I have used ACC construction in the past. They are the most professional contractor that I have dealt with. Sam who is the boss will never make a promise that he cannot keep. They could have turn the job into something more expensive but that's not what they do. They are punctual. They work clean. They keep you informed and they keep to their estimate. Sam is a expert when it comes to working with insurance companies. I was first referred to ACC by my insurance agent which speaks to their reputation for; integrity and professionalism. I especially, would recommend that Higher-End home owners use ACC construction because they are so meticulous.
