We ran into an issue of rotten wood under the siding and he really worked with me to ensure it was replaced. He even sealed the window that caused the issue until I can get it replaced. The work looked great and improved the value of my home (and rental property). Since the roof replacements, we moved to another house where we discovered a fairly severe leak on day four after move in. I called Bill at Regan Roofing the next day.
