"[Member Name Removed] hired Handyman Connection to perform several repair items for his home. One of his issues was the water was entering his home through a Pato door. [Member Name Removed] was informed upfront and on several other occasions that the door needed to be replaced but he chose the less expensive repair route that we could not guarantee would fix the issues. We tried to resolve this issue but Mr. wanted a full refund. He did agree that all of the work was done properly but still insisted on a full refund. We offer to have this matter resolved through BBB mediation."
