I hired Complete Maintenance to install a tile backsplash, two chandeliers and several ceiling lights. They showed up on time and were respectful of my home. The backsplash looks great and have had no issues with the lights. Will definitely have them back for some other projects.

Absolutely hire Complete Maintenance and Repair for any home project, you will be happy you did!! I was building a new home and my contractor abandoned the project, and left the home unlivable. I called Chris to help finish the home and fix all of the problems found by the home inspector. Chris was very responsive, diligent and cost consious. Chris, researched and hired professionals for the work he could not do himself; and after 5 months of hard work, the house was repaired and completed. Now my wife and I are able to enjoy our beautiful home, with much gratitude to Chris.

The scope of the job increased after finding more weather damage in the siding than first thought. This was on a dormer facing south so we decided to remove all siding and start from scratch. Chris and his crew worked tirelessly to remove all damage. They matched the siding and paint color perfectly. They put it back together better than the original, going so far as to caulk every length of siding not just the edges. I'm having them back to do some electrical work.

I hired Complete Maintenance and Repair to do some odd and end jobs such as, installing vent protectors over the exterior exhaust vents, to keep small animals out of the vents and to repair a piece of siding. First of all, Chris contacted me shortly after I had contacted HomeAdvisor. Chris came out to my house a day or two later to give an estimate on the work needing done. The estimate was very reasonable. The work was completed and I was extremely happy with the job performed. I will be utilizing Complete Maintenance and Repair again in the near future and highly recommend for anyone needing a Handyman
