Highly recommend Mark Keefer.  He is a great roofer and has a great team.  Mark is a good guy who takes pride in his work.  His price is more than fair and helped me by giving a true assessment of the roof condition.  He didn't oversell me.  He fairly priced quality Owen's Corning 3-D shingles and made sure we bought quality decking for the roof.
He also offered to come back when our kitchen hood is installed to be sure the fan on the roof won't leak and all the roof shingles are properly affixed.
Mark is very trustworthy and professional.  I HIGHLY recommend him for your next roofing job. I plan on making him my roofer of choice from now on.

Mark came out and gave us an estimate for removing and replacing our shingles on our roof.  We felt it was extremely reasonable. We then decided that while we were doing that, we would also replace the skylights that had been in place for 25 years.  The additional amount added to the estimate was more than reasonable (we had been quoted an astronomical fee by another roofer to do the same work).  We signed the contract and went forward with the project.  Mark was there with his crew the first day and continued to be back and forth during the entire process.  He had his supervisor there with the crew during all of it.  They were thorough, professional, courteous and made sure that I understood what was going on with the process.  In each instance that anything unexpected was discovered, Mark or Chris (his supervisor) came and notified me. In spite of the repairs, there was no additional cost to what Mark had quoted us after adding in the cost for the skylights.  During the installation of the skylights, he was frequently moving the protective barrier around inside the house to assure that there was no debris from above (our house is two story with an open great room) falling onto anything below.  He later gathered up all the drop cloths and took them out to shake bringing them back in for me!  I found the entire process pleasant and easily managed from my prospective.  I would without doubt recommend them to anyone considering replacing their roof.  They did a fantastic job and I have no doubt as to the quality of workmanship.  They removed all debris from the outside, swept the areas with a magnet to remove all the nails and gave us a 15 year warranty on workmanship.  Superb in every way!!

The crew started on Tuesday and worked until dark to complete the roofing. They came back the next morning to clean up. Mike Keefer installed all the gutter leaf guards himself.

I developed a leak in my roof that swelled my front door shut. I called 3 roofing companies in the local area to come out and do an estimate on the repair. the first roofing company to reply informed me that I need an entire new roof. the roof is only 14 years old, so I waited for a second opinion. Mark kiefer of kiefer enterprises what is the second to respond to my call. Joy key for set up the appointment at a time it convenient for me. Mark showed up on time as scheduled. Mark assess the problem with my roof and quickly discovered that I had some dormer flashing that was insufficient, he also noted some nail heads that were fully exposed. mark explain to me that I would need a new roof in 5-6 years due to insufficient attic ventilation. Mark add the additional for roof flashing that was needed, sealed all the nail heads, what is a rubber boot to the plumbing vent to seal the plumbing vent leak, and repack my gutter which was hanging. Mark was honest and forthright in assessing in my situation... he did all this for a 75 dollar service call. I would use him again and recommend him to my friends. After two rain storms it appears that the leak has been fixed. I would also like to think angies list for providing quality contractors in my area.

Called them about a week  after the March 2nd storm when I noticed a leak in the kitchen ceiling.  Thought it was possibly hail damage..  Turned out they only need to replace 2 boots (black gasket around vent pipes) and a couple missing shingles.  Only cost $100.
I had many people since wanting to inspect my roof so they could sell me a new one and have the insurance company pay.  I would tell them it has been inspected and didn't have hail damage and then they start arguing that an adjustor would low ball me without them.  Told them that company I used was not based on an insurance company and they had no reason to under sell to me.  
Used them a few years back based on a referral to ix a leak between the garage roof and the side of the house.  Price was good (I think around $450) and it stopped the leak.  Would definitely use them again over the door to door aggressive sellers.

Mr. Keefer answered our call within a day. He was courtious and helpful. He delivered samples to help with our decision. He installed the roof within a week of our call. A majority of the work and clean up was done in a day (while I was at work). The fine tuning was done on the second day. We were asked to pay on completion of service to make sure we were completely satifisfied with the work. We were more than satisfied, and we have already recommended Keefer Enterprises to several of our friends.

I ordered 30# felt but 15# felt was installed. When I asked the installation crew, they lied and said they installed 30#. I called Mark and to his credit, he got on the roof and confirmed the wrong felt was installed. He apologized profusely. Chastised his crew for lying. Showed me his supplier's invoice and he did in fact order 30 lb, so the wrong felt was delivered. Mark acknowledged that he checked the supply drop-off bundle to ensure the right shingles were delivered, but did not check the felt "because it was wrapped in plastic and the plastic was wet from the rain". Mostly put the blame on his supplier, but I think he should have checked the felt. I could have made him tear it out and replace with the correct felt, but we settled on taking out the cost difference (about $200). Makes me wonder if this is a common cost savings/time savings tactic. Make sure you watch out for this.

Keefer Enterprises Inc did phenomenal work. The crew was so polite, and they even arrived sooner than when they said they could. It was a pleasant experience.
