Great experience working with NPR. The response time was great. Work was conducted, documented, explained and not one thing that I asked about was an issue. All concerns were addressed with a smile. I would highly RECOMMEND NPR and will be having them replace my privacy fence next. Will update on results of that soon.

Sent a estimate but did not return call to set up schedule

Nestor and his crew did an excellent job; on time and within his quoted cost. He even showed up Sunday evening, just a few hours after contacting me. Fully recommend him!

Arrived appointed time and date. Very professional. Cleaned all debris from work site. New roofing completed 1/1/2 days. Would recommend JRC Construciton to other. Very friendly and professional staff.

JRC came out within hours after requesting a quote on a Sunday after the big rainstorm that hit Nashville at the end of Mar '21. The quote was to fix a leak in our sunroom ceiling and fix some rotten boards and was very competitive. (Note I had another company come out the next day and they did not send their much higher quote to me until after JRC had already fixed the roof!) JRC came out a few days later and made the roof look new and completely fixed the leak with no supervision required!! They also billed me professionally and I was able to pay online once the work was done.

They finished the job and no follow-up. I wish they had told me that they finished the work. I was surprised that they were part of a much larger company. I was relieved to know that and at the same time really surprised. Why? Frankly, if the crew were part of a larger company, I would have thought they would be better w communicating with clients. I liked their prompt response to my request but I really do wish they did better regarding communications.

JRC Construction did an excellent job on replacing our metal roof over our screened-in porch. They were fast and efficient (even in 30 degree, wet weather). The did a great job of cleanup as well. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

They did a great job under hard circumstances. We lost power. They had to go get a generator and then had to finish up in the rain and after dark.
