Responded quickly. Assisted us with our insurance claim and in locating financing through my Mortgage company. Workers arrived early, They stayed focused on the job and stayed until finished. Were a Hard working group. No wasting time at all. Spoke very little English though. Roof looks professionally manicured. As it should. Definitely recommend these workers.

A representative of Mr. Roof came out, inspected the area around our chimney, took numerous pictures, and gave us their opinion of what needs to be done to waterproof the area where the roof and chimney come together as it had completely deteriorated. We agreed to their reasonable price and a crew was at our home the next day to perform the work. They were professional and did an excellent job flashing and sealing our roof around the chimney. They took pictures before, during and after the repairs to show us exactly what was done and how. We will definitely call Mr. Roof again should we need any further work done on our roof!!!

We met the representatives of Mr. Roof at the Home and Garden show. There are lot of our community neighbors getting their roofs replaced so we thought we better get ours checked. Song Hong came out, they walked the roof and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that we did not have any damage nor did we need to have any work done. We really appreciated their being on time, but most of all being honest in their appraisal of the roof. They gave us a bid for future reference and it seemed more than fair. It's nice knowing that you can contact a vendor like Mr. Roof and know that they are honest and professional.

They put on new wood everywhere except for where the damage was on the sunroom. They were lazy with their work and didn't clean up after themselves which caused the gutter guards to overflow. UPDATE: When the gutters were overflowing, they came out and there were over 300 rusty nails in my gutters, so I had to have my gutters replaced as well.

We worked with this person and her husband to solve any issues and provided a major refund for any inconvenience. Her husband personally signed off on paperwork stating he was satisfied. After receiving a refund, she still issued this complaint. We contacted her regarding the review she posted and tried to further resolve her issues. There are always two sides to every story.
