"I would never consider anyone else than Area Radon Services. I checked with several companies before starting this project and Damon was far and away the most professional. He came out to look at my situation prior to giving me a quote (the other two did not). He arrived on time the day of the job with a well thought out game plan and went straight to work. His team did a great job minimizing the impact on our lives which was greatly appreciated. They finished the job in one day. Our levels averaged 7.5 pCi/l before mitigation. After mitigation, the level was 3.7pCi/l which is below the EPA threshold. However, this wasn't good enough for Damon and after reviewing the results he thought he could lower it further. He returned the next day and with no additional cost to us, installed the second penetration into the slab. This kind of conscientious customer service is sadly disappearing from the business landscape but is still alive at Area Radon Services. I give them my highest recommendation."

"Radon 1 did a great job. We wanted to have our existing radon mitigation system removed as it was right by our new screened in porch and have a new one installed in different location in our home. The crew removed the old system and installed the new system in an area far from our screened in porch. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach.
