He finally sent me a message on February 23, 2023 said they'd be out the follow week or week of March 7, 2023 and again another no show (screenshot show). He claims the work was said to be done by a former employee again is false. On April 22 got ahold of Zollie once more, he again stated he'd get back with me on Monday April 24. Yet to hear a thing. Called every day since with no answer nor call back response

I took my time picking a contractor. After meeting with several and studying the estimates, Summit Painting and Remodeling LLC was the clear choice. The estimate was in the ball park (or even a little lower) of most of the others but Will Kaiser (owner) was the easiest to work with from the time he came in to do the estimate. He knows how to run a business to ensure the customer has a good experience. He made things very easy for me. Will and his crew have remodeled my entire home. Everything from replacing carpeting with hard flooring, interior painting, replacing windows/doors, adding crown molding, new baseboards, replacing tubs/showers, vanities, toilets, painting kitchen cabinets, adding subway tile back-splash in kitchen, replacing gutters, building a new fence, installing a doggie door, replacing light fixtures and the list goes on. The crew are terrific craftsmen and their work is outstanding. Additionally, they were very respectful of the fact that I had to live in the home while the work was being completed. They worked around me so that I could move from bedroom to bedroom as parts of the house were completed and also made sure I always had a working bathroom. Communication was fantastic throughout the process. I work during the day so I was not there while they were working on my home but Will and I were always able to connect in the evenings either by phone or electronically as we worked through logistics. "Supply chain issues aside, CRS was wonderful from start to finish. Alan/sales came out to measure and discuss our options and was knowledgeable, informative and patient with our questions. He was honest about the time delay for the product actually being delivered (about 4 months), which we appreciated and understood that was not something CRS would control. When we called to check in after about 3 months, CRS staff was again helpful and friendly and provided updates. The windows did finally ship and we were contacted to arrange installation. An earlier-than-planned installation date came up and we were contacted to make arrangements. The installer, Levi arrived not eh prearranged date and time and was outstanding. He explained the process thoroughly and availed himself to questions. He got the job done quickly and left the work area clean. Levi reviewed the work done and made sure we understood how our new windows functioned. Our contractors were also there working on another unrelated project and Levi engaged with them cooperatively and also availed himself to questions from them as well. Over all a great experience and we're very happy with the service from CRS.
